Merchant and provider contract terms: Delqen operates as a lead intake and routing service. Downstream merchants/providers receiving leads through Delqen are contractually responsible for handling accepted leads in compliance with applicable law, honoring represented terms, and maintaining required consent and contact policies.

• No unauthorized abuse, scanning, or scraping of protected endpoints.
• No identity misuse or falsification of consent information.
• Delqen may suspend traffic that violates compliance, legal, or security controls.
• Provider acceptance, disposition, and fulfillment obligations are governed by the active merchant/provider agreement.
